Needed reading for buying a first home
It was nice being able to understand what the real state agent and the loan officer talked about. I could ask questions that before I was unable to do.

Mostly basic, with some good advice and some bad.
One main problem with the book is there is a sense you should trust the realtor. I disagree with this 100%. You should never, never trust a realtor.
